I used this in a Hoover Floormate to clean a ceramic tile floor. According to the instructions, it is ready to use and does not need to be diluted. The product removes dirt and cooking oil splatter really well but leaves a slightly sticky residue after drying. My shoes made a "sticky" noise when walking on the dry floor and I had to steam mop everything back to remove the cleaner. I'll try again and next time dilute the cleaner 50-50 with water and see if that solves the problem.

Worked great on my tile floor in all 5 bathrooms and hallway. The smell wasn't unpleasant. Used with the Oreck Orbiter so it was quick and easy. I really like this floor cleaner. I mix it with water in a spray bottle, spray onto the floor and use either a damp microfiber mop or a steam cleaner. Leaves no traces or streaks, easily cleans old and greasy dirt. I am hooked now and have no plans to use anything other than this brand. Four months later: I still love this cleanser!
