I love the simplicity of this tracker and the automatic motion and sleep detection. Hourly reminders to move are important to me as I have a sedentary job at my desk and hourly step goals are achievable even when work is a bit busy. When I start training, it automatically records my training steps, I can always see on the screen how long I have been training. So far, so good.
