Well, the cleanliness of the jewelry is perfect, no one could say that I had it, but there were a few defects. I got this specifically for my Monroe, eyebrow, tongue and nose piercing. The jewelry was too small for my Monroe and Brow piercing so I could not use it although it was a mistake on my part as I should have checked the size of the jewelry. The decoration is REALLY flimsy and when I started unscrewing one of the balls on the tongue ring BOTH balls broke and fell off. In my opinion, jewelry is good for one-time use, but nothing more.
