Review on Glarks 555Pcs Plated Cotter Assortment by Joseph Adaymiln

The pins in this range are good - the plastic box they come in is awful. I received my box with a broken plastic clip (very thin) and reversed contacts. After spending half an hour sorting them back into their respective compartments I emailed them asking for a new box as a box of cotter pins without the correct clips would result in a messy accident in our shop. Their "After Sales Support" card that was in the box said that if there was a problem, they would work out a satisfactory solution for me within 10 hours. It's been 120 hours since I sent an email with no reply. Bottom line: don't buy this kit if you need a storage box - it won't survive shipping and the company's customer service is nil.
