Review on 🏃 La Sportiva Bushido II Men's Running Shoe: Optimal for Performance by James Small

I am a regular customer so I have experience with this brand. I would suggest trying them on first as I'm a little confused by the sizing of the different options they offer. If you want a comfortable shoe, very light, not like the old clunky hiking boots, durable, mostly synthetic materials, with good tread, good arch support, good cushioning etc. I had to go 1.5 taller and I'll explain why, but part of my feet got bigger because i haven't worn shoes for a long time as we don't have shoe stores in the area only walmart and we used to have payless which i don't buy so how poorly made and unsuitable for a tall guy. do not provide the support that a podiatrist would recommend. There are sizes for 12, 12.5, 12.5-13, 13 and 13.5. I don't really know the difference between 12.5 and 12.5-13, I usually take European sizes, but I sent a question if the sizes have changed and it was never answered.
