From Skeptic to Satisfied Customer

I was skeptical when I saw it and almost bought it. Then a day or two after I did this, I received an email asking if my DVD player was asking for a password. I thought damn. All I knew was that I was throwing my money away to save a few bucks. Of course it comes, I pocket it and bam. Password. Have you sent a password to your email? no I searched the internet for a solution. I have to email them to get the file, then save it to a USB stick and update the firmware. Skeptical to the point of paranoia, I send a not-so-pleasant email implying how unhappy I would be if this was a ploy to get my contact information. (It's against AMZN rules.) I'm in marketing so I know how deep some of this can get. They were apologetic and professional and did what they said quickly. They stated that they found the problem and immediately took out the list for a solution and sent it to customers who had already bought the simplest solution they had. I had no more problems or desires. My faith has been restored a little. I would probably buy again.

Pros
  • Noise Reduction and Error Correction: Upgraded with new chip technology, the Foramor DVD player runs quieter and smoother. It can even play scratched DVD after fixing the errors. The new update offers better video quality.
Cons
  • Low maintainability
