Appropriate age on the packaging does not match the description

I will be returning this product. I just received it as a one year gift. But in large letters it says "Choking hazard warning. Not for children under 3 years old." I'm changing my review and want all consumers to know why. I am very impressed, I-Play immediately responded to my comment stating that a warning is required as all toys should be as they should only be used under adult supervision. I will keep the goods and give away as planned. Many thanks to I-Play for solving my problem so quickly!
