Review on 🍪 Pizzelle Maker: Non-stick Electric Baker for Two 5-Inch Cookies- Includes Recipes by Jennifer Martin

This device was delivered today. I bought it to replace a 20+ year old machine that wouldn't bake without every pizza sticking. I've read a lot of reviews about non-stick models that aren't as crispy as shiny plates, but I took a chance. When I got home from work I opened the box, took out the pad and put my old one in the same box (it was the same pad without the nonstick plates but with a different name). I kneaded the first portion of the dough and left. 2 batches later (1 vanilla, 1 chocolate) and not 1 stuck to the plates. They were crispy and perfect (I found 35 seconds to be perfectly brown and crispy). 1 rubbed down with a paper towel and it was clean and ready for next time. I am very happy that I chose this model. I've been making pizzas for almost 45 years and this machine has produced some of the best pizzas ever.
