The camera takes great videos, the battery life is good. I would recommend getting a wide angle lens and an SD card. The HD software that comes with the camera is not good at all. Windows does not support HD video format. You need to buy editing software. I tried the trial version of Pinnacle Studio Premium Plus and then bought the full version. It's simple and easy to use, similar to Windows Movie Maker but better. HD video consumes a lot of processing power, you must have a good computer. Mac users just plug and play. All in all, a great little HD camera at a reasonable price.
