The torch itself was fine and worked well but the cone was difficult to insert because the surface was uneven. The reason for the low rating is that it comes with cones and incense. They smell TERRIBLE. Absolutely awful and it soaks into your clothes and furniture so the smell never goes away. I have a white table and I used it and he painted my table pink. The smell went through my whole house and everyone inside came over to see if I was dead and if it was the smell. The smell stings my eyes and nose and I can't stress enough to BUY YOUR OWN CONES IF YOU USE THEM! The ash from the cone is difficult to separate from the holder, but that's not a big problem. Good counterflow burner for the price and what it includes, but definitely don't use cones.
