Review on 📀 Philips BDP2105 Blu-ray Player - Full HD 1080p BDP2105/F7 by John Munajj

Bought used with scratches. (The seller said it was brand new with no HDMI cable). However, after updating the firmware from Philips website (version 2.27), everything works fine including Blu-ray, DVD, USB, Netflix, Youtube. In addition, the wireless connection is still fast and stable even after 5 hours of playtime! I'm so excited about this moment because I've had a bad experience of wireless connection issues with Toshiba and Samsung Blu-ray players (you can find bad reviews on Amazon). I don't want to spend any more money and time on new Blu-ray players, so I bought this cheap used one. BUT, it works great! I need to buy a new Phillips Blu-ray right at the start! And the best part is that the Youtube app has a pairing feature. You can use your mobile phone/tablet/PC to send YouTube videos directly to your HDTV. NO need to buy chrome body. This blue turntable is way better than I think! 5 stars for such an underrated Blu-ray player. By the way, if you read Blu-ray player reviews carefully, you will find that most of the bad reviews of Toshiba and Samsung Blu-ray players are related to wireless connection issues (freezes caused by hardware), etc . Most of the bad reviews about this Philips model are due to Netflix freezing (hanging caused by firmware). So just update the firmware, now the BDP2105 works perfectly.
