I like that it has been easy to use for our business. The customer support is always there if you need help with something or have questions! They are very responsive and helpful. It can be difficult at times to understand how things work. Sometimes we don't know what settings to change in order to get more of an effect so we end up just changing them all until we find one that works best for us. But overall, this software does exactly as intended - filtering out junk emails from certain senders without having to manually do it ourselves.
