I like that they were able to take my ideas and turn them into an app that was very user friendly and easy to implement. The app has been downloaded by hundreds of employees at our organization. They were always quick to respond when there was an issue or question with the app. I would have liked more training opportunities and more hands-on experience with their products. We needed some technical assistance with a data entry related issue. JBM was able to give us a solution quickly and easily. They also gave us tips on how to improve our current system.
