JBM helped us to build a system to meet our needs. They were very thorough and helped us to understand our needs and build a system that met those needs. They were very honest and upfront with us. The system was a bit buggy at first but they worked very hard to fix it. I would definitely recommend JBM to anyone looking for a software solution. I like that they were able to take my ideas and turn them into an app that was very user friendly and easy to implement. The app has been downloaded by hundreds of employees at our organization. They were always quick to respond when there was an issue or question with the app. I would have liked more training opportunities and more hands-on experience with their products. We needed some technical assistance with a data entry related issue. JBM was able to give us a solution quickly and easily.
