I worked with them during my time at UBS as an auditor/consultant who was responsible for supporting our ERP system.

They were responsive but not always able to deliver what we needed when expected (e.g., some projects took much longer than originally estimated). The project management process could be improved - too many meetings without clear goals or outcomes! We used their services again after leaving UBS so it's difficult to comment about that experience since they weren't working directly under me anymore then either :D However, there are other options out here if this doesn’t work well for your needs; make sure you get quotes before committing yourself though :).
