Lightning connector broken BUT great warranty and customer support

After normal use since April, the Lightning connector broke off while installing an iPhone. It turns out that the cable is a proprietary design and cannot be replaced with a regular Apple-approved cable. We have two such holders. We contacted iBolt through their website and they emailed back same day. At their request, we sent them a photo of the broken part and a copy of our Revain receipt (I used an iPhone for this). They immediately sent free replacements. There is a two year guarantee. The best customer support.
