The most helpful feature is that you can see all of your employees' scheduled times in one place for easy access when needed! It's pretty basic but does what it says so no complaints there; however I don't think they've added anything new to this version since their last update (which was several years ago). Make sure before purchasing if any other time-management software has been integrated with yours or else be prepared to have some customizations done by an expert coder/developer like myself!!
