I found the device very easy to use. However, it does not appear to be very accurate nor consistent. I took numerous readings on me and my wife on 4 separate days with the following results: 9/19/2019 Me 96.3, 97.4 Wife 97.3 9/20/2019 Me 97.6 10/2/2019 Me 97.8, 98.2, 98.2 11/5/2019 Me 96.4, 96.8, 96.9So, my unit appears to be -0.4 to -2.3 off. As someone else mentioned, it would have been nice to be able to calibrate it. Though, maybe they did that and this is the best they can do. I have not been able to compare against a standard thermometer as the one I ordered from ebay broke in shipping and I found out later (not listed on site) that one cannot do a return. So, as a crude measurement, it may be useful for maybe indicating issues, but I will be seeking a more accurate option.
