Review on 🖌️ da Vinci Casaneo Watercolor Brushes in Black by Amber Perez

I'm SO disappointed in these brushes. I had very high hopes for them as they are from Da Vinci and everyone raves about how good their brushes are, so I went with this travel set. I was so excited when I got them because they were very round and made a fantastic point, but after dissolving the binder on them I knew something was wrong. All 3 brushes don't fit at all. I tried shaping them with my fingers after getting them wet but it only took 2 seconds and I even washed them with brush cleaner and shaped them into dots and dried them like that but they still didn't hold their point, when I used them again. If I wanted squirrel hair or mop brushes I would buy them for the price of a squirrel hair brush. I have 2 Escoda travel sets that I really like and only one of those 10 brushes wears out a bit when dry. I recommend Escoda Reserva or Escoda Versatil (which is my favorite although it is synthetic) because they are cheaper than this Da Vinci 3 brush set and each set has 5 brushes. I will edit this review after receiving a response from Da Vinci regarding a refund or exchange.
