The illustration shows an oval filter. Got a round filter. The filter is too big to fit through the hole in the fender, so you need to fit the filter under the car and in the fender. I put several layers of heavy duty tape on the seam to protect the filter, but I have a feeling I may have to replace the filter in the future due to vibration. If I had to do it all over again I would buy the CAI that holds the filter. in the hood area and has a heat shield. in a positive sense. it shines and looks beautiful. It's just a pain to install and I'm afraid of how long the filter will last.
