I like how it's able to identify risks in our system as well help us determine what we need for remediation or mitigation of those issues/risks so there are no surprises down line! Our team has been very happy with their service thus far - they've helped guide some processes & procedures which have really improved efficiency across many departments within my organization (we're an insurance agency).
The only thing i don't love about this tool was having someone from outside come into one department where you use them but not another who uses something else entirely means sometimes things get lost between services / people etc.. It helps reduce time spent by providing data points around potential problems before any issue arises through proactive monitoring vs waiting until after incident occurs then trying figure out why? Why wasn’t action taken sooner?! We were always looking at ways improve process flow throughout every step along way including preincident analysis steps such automation would be great!! Automating.
