Purchased for my recent trip to Ireland and Greece. It was cold in Ireland so the scarf worked great. I'm tall (5ft 8in) and burn easily so this was perfect for a beach in Greece too. I got in the water and instead of putting sunscreen on again, I just lay down and covered my body with it. It was big enough to cover everything but my head. (Of course I don't care if I look like an idiot) It was also perfect for long walks in the sun. She just covered her back and shoulders as the sun was in full swing. And since it's a stretchy fabric, it tied nicely around my waist when I wasn't using it. With this scarf I spent 12 days without sunburn under the Greek sun. So glad I bought it!
