Okay I have big hands which means cute little spray bottles are annoying. This design is ergonomic and easy to hold in hand (remember you are using slippery oil). There is one offset and two wide beam (fan beam) options. In my experience, the only difference is that if the nozzle is held about 10-12 inches from the surface of the food, one fan will spread about a foot and the other maybe 6-8 inches. I use this specifically for my new deep fryer. and bought two, one for rapeseed oil and the other for olive oil. I've only had them for a week but so far so good. I think the price is ok. If they last long enough I'll be happy.
