This system is fine for the home, but you get what you pay for. can be displayed on your phone, customer service is decent, easy to install overall. Cons: Motion detection! Zosi has developed a "blue grid" that you can change to exclude parts of your image so it doesn't email you if there's movement in that particular part. For example, if your image contains a road, you can remove that portion of the blue grid and "not receive email" if motion is cut off by that portion. This is not a fact. The blue grid just doesn't work. I used to get about 1000 emails a day from a camera and had to turn off email notifications for that camera. I've turned off the blue grid completely and I'm still getting email notifications. This way the movement works and you get notified but after 3 days you want to turn it off. Motion Sensitivity: I can walk right in front of the camera and there's a 50% chance I'll get an email with me in the picture. However, I will get a TON of bushes and leaves moving around my yard. How is the blade raised and do I hit or miss? Not very comfortable. Phone App: For some reason Zosi offers several different phone apps for viewing your cameras. If you have to use the Zosi View app, it's good for watching live video, but otherwise it's rubbish. The development of the application is not going well and needs a major update. If you're lucky and have to use the Zosi Smart app, it works much better. You can easily see when there is movement on the day's timeline as it is displayed in blue. The Zosi View app, on the other hand, is a solid green bar with black markers on the timeline to identify the time of day. Advice only. If you need to contact support I wouldn't email them. If they do reply, they probably won't reply to your email within a day or two and probably won't answer the question on the first try. I strongly recommend contacting them via Facebook. FB messages will be answered within a few hours. Once you chat with them during business hours, you will get answers to your questions within minutes. I repeat you get what you pay for. This is a good feature for people on a budget to get some peace of mind, but there are a lot of annoying things in the system.
