Before we had little walkie-talkies with cheap characters, we found them at Ross. My son is 5 so we didn't care the quality was poor and they were very static. But after a few months of use, we decided we needed something better, so you could actually hear the conversation and not just the noise. When I saw them for sale at Revain I had to try them. Wow! They are so quiet, no hissing and the voices come out very clear. My son loves the little flashlight function. We haven't had time to talk about battery life yet, but so far we really like these walkie-talkies and are happy to keep using them!
