Works as it should! I work from my home office and use this with my ShoreTel phone and Plantronics headset. It works great with CS540 and CS530 devices, as well as the Ringpod RD-1 POD Adapter. You plug the RD-1 into a port on the Plantronics headset base, and then OLI connects to the RD-1 itself. Now when I make a call, the light flashes to notify people. You can pair it with an audio extension cable to increase the overall length of the included cable, which is pretty short in my opinion. I think the device could be a bit bigger, but overall it's a good size. Beautiful visual call status indicator.
