I recently started working in a call center. I have tried to meet all requirements. I ran across town to find the right wired headset along with the right phone. It was easier said than done. I finally found one that was too expensive to be worth it. Then I decided to try Revain and loved it! It is excellent for this purpose. The headset is worn well and without discomfort for a long time. I can hear callers well and they can understand me perfectly. The mouthpiece is flexible so it can be adjusted as you like. I tested the noise cancellation and found it to work quite well. Dog barking outside (sounds too loud inside) is barely audible, if at all. Although I don't have any background noise when I work, I also tested it with the TV. I wanted to know! So I called my son and found that I could turn the TV up to almost a third of full volume before he heard anything. I found it pretty impressive. Overall, I'm very happy I found this phone. It has made my life a lot easier. It works well and I haven't had any problems with it. I think it's excellent value for money. If I ever need a phone like this again I will definitely buy this one again.
