Great tool - helps solve complex business challenges

What I like most about Compellon is that it gives me an overview of my entire contact database. The reports are very user friendly, and I can easily filter data based on location, role, department, etc. It's easy to use and has a great interface for both internal users and external customers. There's not much I dislike as far as features go. I had been looking for something like Compellon for quite some time, so I'm glad I found it! We have streamlined our customer-facing processes by providing a single dashboard which everyone in the organization can access. By being able to analyze data in real time, we're able to make changes in response to issues right away and then implement them without delay. Easy to use, can be integrated with many applications and it's very flexible for customization as well. It is not expensive, so there is no need to worry about the cost. They should consider adding more languages in their offerings, especially Japanese and Chinese languages. We are solving problems related to integration between our ERP system and our CRM system. This allows us to capture customer information at a time when we're talking to them directly.
