The relay may have 80A rated contacts, but: 1. The relay's outer contacts are thinner than they are for an 80A cable should be A2 relay. The socket contacts in the sockets are not thick enough to support the 80A3. The female wires for the relay contacts are 18 gauge wire - too small for 80A. These wires should not be lower than #10, but it is better to use #8. The #18 wire used to wire the chassis is rated for a maximum current of 18 amps. All socket contacts in the socket are suitable for this current. Wire #10 is rated at 55 amps and wire #8 is rated at 74 amps. This product should not be used where currents in excess of 15 amps are anticipated.
