Packaging: Not pictured, just packed in a plastic bag with pad and bottle. Product: The applicator pad has no backing to attach to the polisher and is quite stiff compared to what I've used in the past, although this works for most average users. The genuine scratch and swirl remover worked well with acceptable results for average use, in my test it removed most of the scratches on the red clear coat at 194,000 miles. Overall I am happy with the product and will consider purchasing from Carfidant. While I wouldn't recommend using the applicator that comes with the product, use the equivalent of a buffing pad instead. The average uninformed consumer runs the risk of damaging their vehicle or getting poor results due to the wrong technique.
