Wednesday 28 December 2016: I'll write the review step by step as I go. For starters, I just opened the box and can't believe this processor costs $21. Last time I checked it was $29. It was well packaged (not the best) but I assembled it straight away. I was looking for something smaller, maybe 3-4 cups, but since this was so cheap with so many great reviews I figured why not? Sometimes you get what you pay for, so I hope this works out well for long. It looks a bit light and cheap. I immediately decided to make the dough for the pie. I added 1 1/4 cups flour, some salt, sugar and butter. I'm amazed at how easy it was to make! I've been making cake batter with a hand cutter and slicing/chopping veggies with a knife for decades. I could only beat myself up for waiting to buy one of these processors to help out in the kitchen. Wow, who knew these gadgets could make your workout so much easier? I will continue to update this review over time. hoping for the best. Follow the news. January 18, 2017: Now I'm a little bit in love with this food processor. I don't know how to put it into words to show how determined I am that I dared to buy this little multi-tool. So far I've used this device about 20 times, mainly making cake batter and slicing vegetables. It worked great every time. I make all kinds of dishes from French, Korean, Mexican, Indian and more. This food processor literally reduces the time I spend in the kitchen chopping spring onions, potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cilantro and more. I've made a few cupcakes for friends while testing this thing, and yes, it's a lot better if you're using this machine to grind butter and shortening into pea-sized chunks. I like it. I have attached two photos to this post for reference. I wanted to make a homemade breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs, and hash browns. I cut the potatoes in half and lowered them down the chute for possible shredded potato chunks. You can see the result in my first photo. In the second photo, a chopped mixture of onions, garlic, ginger and jalapenos for karahi chicken dish. I think I pulsed the car 4-6 times. Did. If it weren't for this thing, I'd be munching on garlic forever, let alone onions, japan, and ginger. but I hope. I also take care of my belongings and don't abuse them. If you have never owned a food processor or know someone who is old fashioned and grinds food by hand, this makes a very inexpensive gift that will be of great practical value. :)
