I have VERY sensitive combination skin, dry with an oily T-zone. This is the only cream I can use that doesn't break me. I apply it in the morning before makeup. It doesn't have sunscreen in it, but my skin is so sensitive that any cream with sunscreen still knocks me out. I use it all over my face even though I have combination skin. I start by rubbing it mainly on each dry cheek and then spreading the excess over the T-zone. I finally realized that this is the cream for me. I've been tempted over and over again by all these samplers I get and the ads I see and every time I'm lost in the thought that maybe I'll find another miracle cream. Every time I try one, I experience a breakthrough that disappears after a few weeks. Enough! This stuff works for me and I'm throwing away all the other samples I've gotten. I will continue to buy Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream because it makes my sensitive skin happy.
