I just received this. And was very excited because I work a lot on my laptop but it was overheating. But he made a strange noise. Upon closer inspection, I found that one of the fan wheels had cracked. I'm not surprised as the product didn't ship in a different bubble wrap. So it's probably abandoned or abandoned. I don't want a return. I just want to replace it, but that's not an option.
