Review on Carhartt CMW6175 6 Inch Waterproof Wedge Men's Shoes for Work & Safety by Bruno Gilbert

Didn't know what to expect with all the conflicting reviews. Delivery was quick. Check after 160 hours of operation. Updated 6/12/2020 although the boots fit and feel good there are a few issues. I was wrong in my first impression. They don't breathe at all, I understand that they are waterproof or resistant, but I think there are better technologies that other shoe manufacturers have already proven. I think the biggest problem with them is the lining and inserts. Other reviews smelling them are absolutely correct. Unfortunately I just had to take the information from the reviews and decide on other boots. These boots are probably good for someone who wants to look like an outsider, not a real worker. I'll write to Carhartt directly.
