We went to the beach for 2 weeks during the pandemic. When we got there, we found out that all the pool furniture had been removed as a safety precaution. I don't do sand - at all. I ordered this chair, and had it delivered to our rental agency. I'm not a small woman, and I have bad knees. It had to be sturdy, and be a little higher than normal chaise lounge chairs. This chair filled both those needs perfectly. It was roomier than I expected, and I had no trouble standing up from it. If I had any complaint, it was a little awkward to carry. Other than that, I was super happy with it. People kept coming over and asking where I had bought it. This was a good buy.
