Their customer support team was very helpful as we were new users who had no experience using this software before! I love their automated feature which helps me save time when it comes writing contracts/agreements by having them auto populate some fields automatically like section headers etc., so i dont have too much work myself at all times while creating agreements or other documents such as purchase orders. Nothing really dislike but if you're looking into purchasing something similar look elsewhere because they do not offer anything unique compared to others out there. We use it mainly to create sales & marketing material including quotes, invoices, proposals, RFPs, RFIs along side our CRM platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It allows us quick access from anywhere without needing extra IT staff members just add an account via email address and login credentials provided within app itself once downloaded onto device.
