The title speaks for itself. They may be small, but they'll hold together any small project you need them for. For example I had one on each side of my wrist and they stayed in place well. Even with a plastic spacer between these magnets, an extra push/push was required to assemble them into a single bar. When they are placed close together, it becomes even more difficult to separate them. As for fragility, I think if you really drop them from a great height they will probably break. I dropped a couple of them from waist height while trying to position them properly in my hand before applying and snapped them together as well, as did the steel support I placed them on and there were no problems with cracking or fractions. I have an idea or two that I could use these little fellas for even more and I don't think these magnets will let them down or whatever project they're taking on right now.
