I like how it can be used for any type or size business since you don't have limitations in terms if employees are self employed/contractors etc., It's easy enought anyone who has basic knowledge about computers could use without having special training required from an expert! Not much but what we do dislike would probably only apply within my own organization so not sure other companies will feel this same as me; We were using something else before which had been around longer than us (since 1999) however our previous system got hacked one time too often resulting into lost data & emails being deleted - all employee information including names addresses phone numbers home address email accounts passwords everything needed by employers just gone forever!! Since moving over they've done some updates now allowing them access via mobile phones also instead of needing internet connection at their desktop computer when logging onto website through there smartphone device no need anymore either.
