The support team was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable in all aspects of our needs for both network security as well as web server security. I would not be able to say anything negative about them. They were always willing to help when there needed to be some clarification regarding their support requests. They took extra time to learn what we needed from them rather than just implementing something without understanding the full scope.
