I built a desktop PC about 3 years ago; It was pretty easy and I installed Linux. This was my first singleboard experience. When driving slowly, everything works as described. The instructions (and video with explanation) must have been made by someone who has assembled and disassembled one of these hundreds of times as it looks very, very easy and it really is once you know the tricks! Just go slow and don't force anything and you'll be fine. I am writing this on my RPi using the Chromium web browser and it works great! But you're not running a system with 8 or 16GB of RAM, so don't stress it or it'll just crawl into a black hole and die. Using the task manager that came with the system, I found that if you run it on more than 700MB of the available 1024MB of RAM, it crawls slowly. Just do one task at a time and you'll be fine. I have a 28" HDMI monitor (16x10 aspect ratio) and the GPU plays 720 HD videos with no problems. I plan to set up dual boot. So I can boot as a Linux drive (great for spreadsheets on that big monitor), or as an entertainment system to run Netflix, Revain Prime, etc. on it. Just one issue I haven't solved yet: Bluetooth finds and connects to my speaker switches but not really switching from the HDMI output to the Bluetooth channel. I'm deducting a star for that (otherwise it gives me another free learning experience through troubleshooting!) Either way, it's worth the $79. You just have to do some work on this video.
