The pants were torn so I contacted customer service. All they asked was give them a photo I took and they replaced the ripped pants with no problem. My son loves his suit and although the pants were ripped I still rate them a 5. Getting a replacement was very easy and the suit is super cute, he got the suit and replacement in a week.
