I like that it's wireless. I keep it loaded so it's easy to grab and go if my kids make a mess! It also cleans well and because it doesn't contain too much water it doesn't dry out forever. We're tired of using mops and we have a lot of tiles. They don't clean mops like they used to and these new mops don't clean well and our tile floors are very unforgiving so my house is a lot cleaner and the grammar is also easy to use which is also becoming more common. She's having trouble with a mop. All in all a good buy and the answer to all my mopping problems. My only complaints relate to two things: if I go to fix it after wiping and pick it up, it falls back unlocked, so it's really annoying. Anyone else know? If not, I should probably send it back as it's defective. Second, I wish there were two sets of cleaning wipes instead of one and I don't know where to order more. By the way, my children now also like to mop the floor. They are very easy to clean in the kitchen.
