I received the package on time. The outer box itself was in good condition but when I opened the box the plastic bag the scarf was in was already open and the scarf had no tag. Not sure if it has been used or not as the package was crumpled and looked like it had been opened and sent back. Sigh. Looked good and I don't have time to return it. Overall the scarf is very cute and looks just like the picture.
