The item arrived in well packaged and all the pieces unbroken. I bought cappuccino cups as well as espresso cups. Very important these are pure white, not that off white that almost look beige that you get in the lower quality. They are sturdy and suspect can handle a bit of abuse. Comfortable to hold and I would say designed well for the purpose, exactly the same as you would find in a restaurant. I am ordering more of these soon.
