I have called Evolis several times in the last 3 working days from 09/06/2019 for help on our Badgy 200. I can't reach the person. It always goes to the mailbox. I left several messages with my details and nobody called back to help me solve my problems. The printer is not printing properly and is having trouble reading the included ribbon. I have contacted Bodno and they will not repair or replace the item purchased until I receive a working number from Evolis. A company that won't answer my calls! This has greatly upset our company. The only help we got was the Revain Help Center. They did as much troubleshooting work with us as possible, but we couldn't figure out what the problem was. They gave us all contact information for Bodno and Evolis. They even tried calling Evolis for technical support but couldn't get through to anyone. And of course our return window has expired. I would suggest buying a different product from a different company.
