I like that it's confidential - no one can find out who you are calling unless they're part of the investigation team at HQ/the US Attorney's office etc so there's anonymity (which helps with trust). There isn't much in terms of features available but what does exist works well enough. It would be nice if we could see more details about an ongoing case. That way when people call in they don't have to keep waiting around while their information gets passed from employee to employee without being recorded. We've been using this service since our HR department started training new hires over 4 years ago now!
