I like that this product is magnetic. I keep it next to the microwave so it's always handy. A little disappointed that there is no time to prepare frozen food. From what I've read, one of the nice things about deep fryers is that you don't have to defrost them. I had to search the internet for something frozen to determine if the cook times/temps listed on the chart were fresh or frozen. They seem to be thawing and heating all the time. I also didn't like that they said they would send a free gift but you must have a facebook account to get it.
