I bought this on September 3, 2021. It was great at first, but by the first of November it started to deteriorate, although I've cleaned it after every use it hasn't gotten to. shave well then the back covers fell off when I shaved. I put them back on just to let them recover. I called #kibi. I had a website there only to find out they don't reply due to covert 19 message so I did, they sent me to a hotline that changed me $1 the first time and $46 a month thereafter and me won't let me go ahead without giving them my credit card info so I ended up with a piece of this junk if I want to shave it looks like I'll have to buy a new head for $17 after using it a little over a month have used for a long time.
