This jacket fits my 4 year old who normally wears a size 5/5T which I wanted. The jacket is thin and I was thinking of getting the same style with a fleece lining. But I gave up as my son didn't have a light jacket for late summer/fall and he already had a medium weight jacket for mid to late fall. The fact that the jacket is a little big (but feels like a perfect 5/6) is great because I can wear it underneath on cooler days. The colors look as vibrant as online and my picky 4 year old loves it. If you like the style/color but want something heavier, go for a fleece lined jacket.
