The worst part was using the onscreen keyboard! I have fat fingers, so I use the backspace key all the time. I've reviewed pretty much every stylus (even the $200-a-dollar ones). I saw the elago brand and thought I'd give it a try. FICTION! Now I can use my iPhone without the back button. I bought another one for my iPad. It works great with my Otter Box case.
